All orders placed through our email wilsongloves@icloud.com have the highest priority on ensuring your products arrive in a timely manner. Estimated delivery date is the total time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. Factors such as product availability, processing time, shipping method and item’s destination are used to determine delivery day.

WilsonImpex.com uses third party shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL based on the best service for the destination specified.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and your tracking number by email once your package has shipped. If we encounter any problems with your order, you will be notified.

The delivery cost will depend on the size and weight of the goods, and it will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders ship business days (Monday-Friday) 8-5 hours after being placed.
